D’Onofrio & Son Landscaping offers a variety of services to help keep your lawn looking beautiful and healthy. From routine maintenance to complete lawn renovations, we are here to serve your needs. Full Lawn Maintenance

Includes weekly cutting and edging of your lawn, followed by blowing of grass clippings of surrounding areas for cleanup. Spring cleanup includes raking and removal of all leaves and debris. Fall cleanup includes cutting/edging of lawn (if necessary) and removal of all leaves either to the street for pickup or taken away by us for a minimal fee.

Chemical Treatment Applications

We are licensed in pesticide applications, providing chemical treatments and insect control to your lawn. Our treatments include the spreading of fertilization, weed control and insect control as needed (usually 5-6 applications are done during the season). This helps in the maintaining of a green and healthy looking lawn throughout the season.

Lawn Renovations

We can renovate your lawn by installing an entirely new one or by simply “patching” those hard-to-grow areas. We use highly enriched topsoil which aides in the growing of new grass or sod.

Aeration & De-thatching

Aeration: Using an aerating machine, we will “punch” holes in the soil and remove a portion of the soil to stop its compaction, therefore allowing your lawn to breathe and air to circulate into the “root zone” causing your lawn to grown healthier, stronger and greener. This can be done any time of the season.

De-thatching: Using a de- thatching machine, we will remove any dead grass from your lawn, allowing for better growth of new grass. Usually done in early fall.

Designing & Installation of Plants and Shrubs

From a few small shrubs to a complete “new look” we will design, layout and install your new planting area according to your satisfaction.

Hedge Trimming

Hedge & Shrub Trimming: Pruning and/or trimming of hedges and shrubs to keep them from growing out of control, promoting good growth and a healthier look.
